When you decide on a resort that suits you, we will send you a booking form that details your itinerary. This same booking form also lists our terms and conditions which form a part of the booking contract that you are entering into with blondeair. We suggest you read the terms and conditions carefully to fully understand them and we encourage you to ask any questions that you have so that everything is really clear.
- Once the 50% deposit has been paid and booking confirmed, the rest will be required within 6 weeks prior to start date of holiday. If booking within six week of deparute date then the final 50% payment will be required within 7 days after deposit.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks the full cost of the holiday will be lost, unless you agree to some other suitable dates with BA. This can not be carried over to the following year.
- If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to start date you will loss 75% of the total cost.
- If you cancel between 4-6 weeks you will loss all of the 50% deposit. If you cancel more than 6 weeks prior to start date you will get a full refund.
- All equipment will be supplied for the activities.
- All customers taking part in any activity will be required to produce their personal accident insurance cover, failure to do so, will result in person not taking part with no refund.
