We try and make sure the majority of our resorts are within easy reach of major transport links. More importantly we are within hours of the budget airline routes helping to lessen travel time making your journey to resort quick and painless.
Biscarrosse is situated in the South West of France half way between two of the Atlantic coasts most popular surf spots, Biarritz and Lacanau. We are an hour North of Biarritz and half an hour South West of Bordeaux.
CAR:
By car the site is an easy eight to ten hours from most continental ferry ports. In less than three hours you can be in France on the fast ferry from Portsmouth, Plymouth or Dover.
If you want to get here even quicker then depending on where you are driving from in the UK in 35 minutes you can be in France with Eurotunnel.
FLIGHT:
Frequent flights into Biarritz, Bordeaux or Bergerac airport land you less than 2 hours away at the most. All the budget airlines fly from the major UK airports; London, Midlands, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Bournemouth & Southampton. Flights can be as little as £1 + taxes if booked in advance! We recommend you hire a car so you can get to see a bit of the area but are happy to quote you a transfer cost and meet you upon arrival.
TRAIN:
The Eurostar and TGV travels from London Waterloo to Bordeaux with one change either in Lille or Paris via underground. Travel time 6.5-8hrs and prices start at £99 if booked in advance. This is a very fast alternative to flying and a great experience of the French rail network! We recommend you depart Waterloo at 6-7am if possible to arrive Boardeaux at approximately 2 in the afternoon, so you can enjoy the sunset on the lake with a drink or two.

Please note we do airport transfers for non drivers and small numbers. However we strongly recommend for people to hire a car during their stay due to the location and distance from the major airports.
